Meet the team behind MetroSlopes.

Meng's experience raising two young competitive skiers through more than 100 ski days a year across more than 40 resorts worldwide inspired her mission to close the accessibility gap between the local community and the mountain. Her background includes 20 years in technology, senior engineering management at Apple, more than $70 million in real estate development, and founding a private equity fund with investor returns of more than 50%.

Originally from France, Sacha is a two-time Olympian, World Cup medalist, and six-time French champion in moguls skiing. After more than a decade competing at the highest level of international moguls skiing, he brings the same ambition, discipline, and performance-driven mindset to MetroSlopes. With a master's degree from EM Lyon Business School, Sacha focuses on building innovative experiences at the intersection of sport, technology, and training. As a co-founder of MetroSlopes, he aims to redefine how people learn, train, and experience winter sports in urban environments.

Ayyub brings nearly 20 years of experience serving the Bay Area community through leadership with the Bay Club Company. His work has focused on fitness, camps, family programming, and sports.

Austin has eight years of experience in ski resort management and youth program development. He has served as a Snowsports Director, Race Team Program Director, and leader across numerous summer camp operations. Austin is an Alpine Level 200 Coach with U.S. Ski & Snowboard and holds Alpine Level 1 and Children's Specialist 1 certifications with PSIA.

Alexandre is a professional snowsports coach with 13 years of experience specializing in children and beginner development. He holds advanced national certifications in freestyle, alpine, and children's instruction through PSIA, and has coached competitive racing, freeride, and freestyle athletes at resorts across North America, Australia, and New Zealand. With deep expertise in off-snow progression, he develops young skiers from their very first steps through competitive performance. As Head Coach at MetroSlopes, Alexandre brings world-class mountain coaching to Bay Area families year-round.
