Our training program was developed by our co-founder, a 2-time Olympian, and brought to life by a team of elite instructors with advanced PSIA and U.S. Ski & Snowboard certifications. Our coaching team brings elite-level athlete development experience from leading ski schools, race programs, and mountain resorts including Vail, Palisades Tahoe, Kirkwood, Mohawk, Woodward, and more.

- Open areas — DouDou's Meadow (beginner slope), The Park (freestyle), DouDou's Bounce (trampolines), and Paw Core (gym) — are available during designated non-peak hours. Open-area access does not include The Arctic (Treadmills) and Studio (Simulators), which require coaching and reservations.
- Equipment rental is included with every membership. Premium lockers are available separately for $180/month, subject to availability.
- Each membership is for one individual and cannot be shared or transferred. New memberships require a minimum of one paid month.
- Every membership includes a Complimentary Discovery Pass ($280 value) — a complete 3-hour MetroSlopes experience: a 30-minute private lesson with an instructor and 2.5 hours of self-guided access to the rest of the facility. One pass includes up to four people; groups of 5–8 are welcome for an additional $70 per person.
- Member discounts begin at Plus — Plus 5%, Unlimited 10%, and Team Devo 15%. The highest eligible discount applies once per purchase when the qualifying member is the purchaser or is present. Discounts apply to eligible purchases including Discovery Passes, paid additional Discovery guests, private classes, merchandise, and events. They do not stack and exclude membership dues or plan charges, taxes, gift cards, joining or initiation fees, and corporate bookings.
- Guest passes provide open-area access only — not The Arctic (Treadmills) and Studio (Simulators), group lessons, private experiences, or Team Devo programming.
- Family Circle — when more than one household member joins, the highest-priced membership pays full and each additional membership is 5% off (two members) or 10% off (three or more).
- Group classes are use-it-or-lose-it — cancel at least 24 hours ahead and you can book a makeup into another class that month (one makeup a month); with less notice, or a no-show, the class is used. One-off bookings can be cancelled for a refund up to 24 hours before (private experiences) or 7 days before (birthday and corporate events); a Day Pass cannot be cancelled for a refund.
- A $300 initiation fee is charged once when you join ($150 early bird — the reduced rate holds through the Early Bird period). It is part of your total contract payment, so it is prorated over your term in any refund your signed agreement produces.
